Our client is looking for a Sales Crediting Analyst who can jump in and be an integral part of the Sales team by providing support and monitoring the sales process. For the next year they are looking for someone who will play a key part in enforcing sales rules of engagement. If you are a proactive individual that has a meticulous way of getting things done, then this could be the role for you!

Sales Crediting Analyst Responsibilities:

• Own revenue stream cleanliness for global market in Salesforce

• Process all incoming tickets to meet finance deadlines on a monthly basis

• Streamline and optimize workflows to automate and reduce ticket volumes

• Enforce rules of engagement across entire business and mange escalations

• Maintain SFDC data quality by managing sales rep on-boarding and off-boarding

Sales Crediting Analyst Requirements:

• Diligent, highly accurate with attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills

• Assertive and able to make decisions

• Prior Salesforce experience is a plus

• Bachelor's degree

• Prior experience using Zendesk is a plus
