Regional Sales Director

$130-170k + Bonus & Commission

Torrance, CA

Overview:

The Sales Director's primary responsibilities are to ensure their sales teams reach their gross profit goals and for providing sales leadership to implement the company's sales strategy by leading two teams of sales reps, who are responsible for maintaining customer relationships and driving new business. The successful candidate will possess strong experience in sales, sales management and the ability to create and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly and annual gross profit forecasts and plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing a strategy to grow two overall territories
  • Creating and assisting with team trainings
  • Managing individual and team activity goals
  • Coordinating with the CRM Administrator
  • Providing coaching and professional development of teams
  • Creating sales strategies and forecasts for the teams
  • Meeting and speaking with actual or potential customers
  • Participating in customer meetings & helping to close deals
  • Recruiting and hiring Account Executives
  • Attending management meetings
  • Participates in deal strategy & review
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of Technology Sales Management experience in Network Security, managed services or cloud technology
  • Able to work out of the company office location
  • Ability to work with and develop all levels of team members
  • Proven track record of quota over-achievement
  • Candidate must have excellent communication, interpersonal, troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple projects at once
