Our client is a publicly traded data analytics firm that's growing exceptionally fast. They're seeking a Recruiting Coordinator who is passionate about building high-caliber teams, detail oriented to a fault, and self-motivated. As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will partner with recruiters and hiring teams to own all aspects of coordination including; candidate pipeline, ensuring positive candidate experience throughout the interview process, scheduling, and more!

Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities:
* Schedule interviews, book travel arrangements for candidates, facilitate onsite interviews, and ensure candidates have an overall amazing experience in every step of our process.
* Own applicant pipeline and move candidates through the interview process seamlessly from one step to the next.
* Interface with and be a trusted resource for hiring managers and recruiters; drive prioritization in juggling requests from different client groups.
* Establish and improve upon processes and operations for the recruiting team.
* Support and drive Talent projects to help scale operations and efficiencies.
* Contribute to building a great company!

Recruiting Coordinator Requirements:
* Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS.
* Organized to a fault. You organize for a general sense of peace and calm, not just because you have to, and you stress the little things when it comes to paying attention to detail.
* You are proactive in identifying and taking on new projects and you execute on your ideas.
* Excellent writing and communication skills. You will be in constant communication with hundreds of candidates weekly on email, over the phone and in person.
* You consider yourself to be quite tech savvy. You can pick up new technologies very easily.
* You embrace change with a great attitude and feel comfortable with ambiguity
* Type S(tartup) personality: smart, ethical, friendly, hard-working and proactive (no exceptions).
