The Quality Manager overseas the Quality Department and is responsible to ensure the Quality of all Products. Develop, maintain and improves training programs for all personnel. Works with all departments and customers to improve current and/or implement new methods to improve quality and reduce costs.

Minimum 10-15 years of experience supervising/managing in an Engineering and/or Quality function. Advanced computer skills to include but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Capable of interpreting and understanding 2-D drawings. Knowledge of inspection techniques and equipment which includes computer aided inspection.


  • Manages Quality department which includes Quality Supervisor, Quality Inspector, Final Auditors and Shift Inspectors
  • Ensure all products consistently meet or exceeds the quality requirements
  • Analyze current quality techniques for inconsistencies and redundancy
  • Create and/or implement techniques to improve current processes and reduce costs in quality
  • Act as Quality liaison between COMPANY and our customers and/or vendors
  • Implement improved methods of SPC
  • Train staff in proper practices and quality pertaining to their job classification
  • Help in problem solving (root cause analysis) with relation to product and/or customer complaints
  • Perform internal and external audits as required
  • Work with Document Control in improving methods of reporting Quality data for Management Reviews or other
  • Be a part of the team during 3rd party ISO and/or customer audits
  • Implement new areas of IQMS system as needed
  • Knowledge and maintenance of MSDS and Environmental information of raw materials such as RoHS and REACH
  • Conduct any disciplinary actions in conjunction with the Supervisor as needed
  • Learn and use IQMS as it applies to their job
  • Work to promote quality and safety
  • Ensure highest quality possible product quality and adherence to ISO and/or other standards.

1. Minimum education and experience required:

  • High School graduate, or equivalent, college education a plus.
  • Minimum 10-15+ years of experience supervising/managing in an Engineering and/or Quality function.

2. Knowledge, skills and abilities required:

  • Speak, read, and write English to be easily understood.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, and/or blue print format.
  • Requires excellent hand/eye coordination, manual dexterity, good vision and attendance.
