Pay Rate: $16 -20/hour

Preferred Hours: Monday - Friday: 9am to 5pm

Office Assistant Responsibilities:

We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to perform various tasks to support our offices. You will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from payroll and filing to answering the phone, checking income and outgoing mail. You will use a computer to type a wide range of correspondence and forms, and to enter, retrieve, and update data. Operate various office machines, photocopier, computer, printer. Perform special projects as assigned.

Office Assistant Requirements:

  • Quickbooks
  • Working knowledge of office devices and processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • High school diploma

Qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
