Office Administration Coordinator

$20-25 per hour

San Francisco

Office Administrative Coordinator Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Experience in marketing coordination (putting together campaigns for clients or their employer)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
  • Experience in construction management administration is preferred but not required
  • Qualifications in clerical studies will be an advantage
  • High school diploma; BS/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred

Office Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities:

Marketing:

  • Coordinates and implements marketing communication projects with responsibilities that include public relations, special events management, advertising, and creating brand awareness
  • Organizes the preparation of proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, and reports.
  • Prepare status reports on marketing efforts.


Administration Duties:

  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support some bookkeeping procedures
  • Track stocks of office and break room supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Coordinate company events and personnel birthdays
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
