Marketing Coordinator

Under the direction of the Director of Marketing the Marketing Coordinator will work closely with firm attorneys and other marketing team members to support client expansion and client service initiatives on a firmwide basis. The primary goal is to drive revenue through client expansion programs, including pitches and proposals, events and sponsorships, sales pipeline management,and client service coaching and training.
Work is defined by the goals, objectives and policies of the department and the practices. :

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with other marketing professionals to administratively support specific penetration plans for key client accounts that may include the following tactics, among others:
* Practice expansion pitches
* Account management meetings
* Client service interviews
* CEO/department chair visits
* Substantive and social events
* In-house training for legal and business teams
* Diversity programs
* Charitable contributions
* Pro bono/community activities
* Award nominations
* Value pricing programs
* Client activity data entry, monitoring and reporting using firm tools including Salesforce, experience management and financial systems
* Assist with client outreach and scheduling of feedback sessions
* Lead administration of the firm's electronic feedback software system, including survey deployment and report creation
* Coordinate and participate in client service training sessions
* Stay current with trends and bring new ideas to the firm in the area of client satisfaction
* Exercise care in the course of work to prevent injuries to oneself and co-workers
* Other duties, as assigned or required

Marketing Coordinator Requirements:

* 2+ years in sales, marketing or account management-related field
* Skillful ability to use market research and data analytics to identify business trends and new opportunities
* Marketing document creation experience, to include a keen eye for graphic design
*Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook,
* Following training, exhibit proficiency in Firm marketing systems software (e.g. Salesforce proficiency, SCORE database, PacketPro)
* Available to work overtime, as required

* College degree in business, communication, marketing, or related field
* Experience in a law firm or professional services environment, with a working knowledge of professional services industries
