Well established production company in Sacramento looking for a tenured Maintenance Manager to work hand in hand with the management team to support skilled staff of maintenance leads and technicians.

Must have: a professional demeanor, longevity in work history, proven history of the development and implementation of predictive/preventative maintenance and working knowledge of vibration analysis and thermal imaging.

$95,000-110,000 annually DOE

Job Title Responsibilities: Overall management of the maintenance department, its team members and proper policy and procedures.

Job Title Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred. Five to seven years of experience in managing projects in a manufacturing environment. Three to seven years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.
