The Financial Reporting Manager position is primarily responsible for ensuring the timely preparation, review and filing of the Company's periodic public filings in compliance with SEC Rules and Regulations and generally accepted accounting principles in the United States. Additionally, this position will also be responsible for leading the task of financial analysis and reporting of Company's current and past financial data and performance, partnering frequently with personnel at all levels within the Finance Organization and throughout the Company, to provide accurate and data based information on company's profitability, solvency, stability and liquidity.


• Direct and lead the Company's external financial reporting process, including quarterly and annual reporting (Form 10-Q and Form 10-Q), other SEC filings (e.g. Form S-3, Form 8-K) and other financial reporting as required.

• Ensure compliance with all U.S. GAAP and disclosure requirements.

• Review of the XBRL process.

• Interface effectively with numerous individuals both inside and outside the Company, including the external auditors, to address and resolve accounting issues.

• Participate in and perform period-end close activities to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Prepare monthly accounting schedules as support for the balance sheet account reconciliations and financial audits, and provide analytic support to business partners as required.

• Assist with or review of equity and stock-based compensation accounting.

• Assist in the Company's Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts in connection with the financial reporting process.

• Actively participate in recurring and special projects involving accounting matters, such as policy updates, compliance support, and process improvement initiatives.

• Define appropriate performance metrics and provide regular guidance to business partners on achievement of financial goals and commitments.

• Maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams to understand the business and understand issues affecting financial performance.


• Bachelor or higher degree in accounting or finance CPA qualification required.

• 3 to 4 years of experience in a public accounting firm, including audits of public companies.

• SEC reporting experience in a public company required.

• Demonstrated knowledge and ability in researching new accounting guidance and the accounting treatment of complex issues such as acquisitions, stock compensation, equity, etc.

• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

• Equity Edge experience preferred

• Team contributor with an energetic, proactive, can-do attitude
