Our client is looking for a part-time Filing Clerk.

Filing Clerk Responsibilities:

  • Update database of digital records.
  • Create and add material to hard copy files as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentially at all times, discernment and judgement.
  • Assist with other projects as needed.

Filing Clerk Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to function autonomously.
  • Tech savvy. Excel, Outlook and Google Suite proficient.

Qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
