Events Coordinator to oversee the planning and implementation of events. This position will be based at our corporate headquarters in Irvine, CA. This will focus on trade shows, road shows and training. This individual must ensure and take responsibility for pipeline contribution, event success and guest satisfaction.


  • Plan, coordinate and execute events
  • Be accountable for on time, in budget, end-to-end execution of events that enable Sales team
  • Manage vendors and community relationships, including, but not limited to, trade show organizers, local businesses, hotels, conference centers, caterers and various types of event suppliers
  • Arrange event logistics, including, but not limited to, event registration, venue sourcing, catering, budget execution, AV/photography support and attendee management
  • Work closely with cross-company collaborators to ensure events are aligned with department needs and goals
  • Be responsible for the tracking of ROI, lessons learned, best practices and improvement opportunities for events

  • 2+ years of experience in event planning and execution
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management or related field
  • Experience with trade shows and roadshows
  • Experience with interfacing with hotel representatives for room blocks and travel scheduling.
  • Experience with event budgets, contracts negotiation, logistic planning, agendas, catering, event registration, guest services and promotion
  • Experience working with external sales and channel teams
  • Experience with vendor management and coordination
  • Must be local to OC, we cannot entertain this position work remotely.
