We are looking for a Desktop System Specialist to help one of our clients located in Carlsbad for 3-4 days a week for approximately 6 months.

Primary responsibility for this role is to provide end-user help desk support, software and hardware roll out and troubleshooting for engineering and corporate users for our client.

Must be have recent experience in the following areas:

  • Debugging and solving computer-related problems at the desktop level
  • Windows AD, CISCO VOIP, VPN technologies
  • STRONG experience with Helpdesk ticketing systems
  • General desktop productivity software support in a geographically dispersed, multi-national environment


  • 2-5 years of experience
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work with all level users
