Fairfield, CA
Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Customer Service Representative: Client in Fairfield area seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to receive complaints or requests for information from the general public via phone, email or letter.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
-Receives complaints and requests for information from consumers via phone, email or letter
-Investigate consumer complaints and resolve issues
-Reply to customers' requests via letter, email or phone calls

Customer Service Representative Requirements:
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
-Must be cheerful, friendly with exceptional customer service
-Must be detail oriented, accurate and ability to multi-task with changing priorities
-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
-Data entry skills and ability to type at least 45 WPM required
