is looking for detail oriented and poised Customer Service Representatives for our well-established client in Concord. These are full-time temp to hire positions needed ASAP. Only local candidates, those currently living in the Bay Area, will be considered. Open availability is required as the business is 7 days a week.


  • Main accounts accurately and make changes to customer accounts as needed
  • Test and troubleshoot equipment
  • Update payment information and take payments
  • Take inbound calls/make outbound
  • Audit Accounts


  • Must type 35 WPM
  • Must be empathetic with a caring attitude
  • Must possess ability to communicate well over the phone
  • Salesforce experience a plus
