Nelson Staffing is looking for detail oriented and poised Customer Service Representatives for our well-established client in Concord. These are full-time temp to hire positions within a 24/7 call center environment starting ASAP. Only local candidates, those currently living in the Bay Area, will be considered.


  • Answer telephone calls in a timely manner and assist callers with questions regarding products and services or refer callers to the proper department.
  • Recommend and cross sell products and services to members in accordance with established goals.
  • Investigate issues/problems, and determine resolutions within designated authority
  • Perform various account file maintenance actions
  • Handling high volume inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
  • Protect confidential customer information
  • Perform other assignments and duties as directed by supervisor


  • Must have a flexible schedule (center is open 24/7)
  • Positive and professional customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task, and manage time effectively
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
