Compensation: $40-50K


Our client in finance is rapidly growing their team and is in need of an energetic, self-motivated bilingual in Spanish Customer Service Representative with a minimum of 4 years' experience to support the team to assist in loan funds, handling borrower's inquiries, assist with documentation and collections.

Customer Service Representative-Bilingual Responsibilities:

  • Prepare welcome packages for borrower and distribute
  • Manage all new and existing borrowers inquires, payment instructions, payments with various payment options and accepting payments
  • Assist executives and team with collections and documentation
  • Submit loan applications for team
  • Transfer callers to appropriate department

Customer Service Representative-Bilingual Requirements:

  • 4 years' experience in office environment
  • 50 WPM typing skills
  • Strong basic math skills
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of CRM system (Salesforce preferred)
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • High School diploma (Undergraduate degree preferred)
