Compensation: $18/hr to $20/hr

Sonoma Company is searching for a Benefits Coordinator that will be part of the compensation & benefits team. This position provides administrative support to all areas of the Comp & Benefits department. This position supports administration, coordination, and distribution of company-wide compensation & benefits policies, procedures, and practices.

Benefits Coordinator Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Benefits Laws, regulations and compliance
  • HRIS or Benefits Management experience is desired
  • Coordinates data collection and paperwork related to ACA benefit reporting requirements, 401K administration, Cobra and other initiatives
  • Proficient Word and Excel skills
  • Acute attention to detail; ability to exercise confidentiality with compensation and benefits information.
