Well-established financial services company seeking both full-time and part-time temporary admin/customer service support professionals for their Novato office.

Responsibilities:
- Answer department customer support phone line and assist customers
- Take/write out messages, obtain info for prompt return calls
- Print reports, make copies, scan and file documents
- Assist department staff upon manager request
- Cover department during staff shortages and lunch hours

Requirements:
- Professional phone and writing skills
- Clear, concise communication; punctual and dependable; quick learner
- Flexible team player who works well in a busy environment; calm under pressure
- Proficient in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate computer skills, with typing skills of at least 40 WPM

Additional Information:
- Qualified candidates must successfully pass a criminal background check before starting.
