2 + years of experience in a Help Desk/Technical Support setting with proven troubleshooting ability.

Equivalent education in Computer Science/Information Technology or IT Certifications acceptable.

Basic network troubleshooting skills (DNS, DHCP)

Ability to troubleshoot and properly document network, server, workstation, software, and security issues
