Seeking an Adult Beverage Sales Director for a Miami location.

The Sales Director is responsible for the leadership, development, and management of the departments, for the Florida location. Oversite of the sales aspect of the company is key. Strong understanding of Sales of adult beverage and Operational Management is a must for this role.

Must reside 1 hour from Miami.

The Sales Director is responsible for providing strong leadership, delegation and decision-making while building a successful team that can work together to create a memorable and premium customer experience for the guest.

RESPONSIBILITIES

General Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Help establish and implement the overall strategy to encompass all functional business areas, including all channels of sales, marketing, production, and compliance.

* Create increased and sustainable growth in top and bottom line revenues while increasing growth in asset value.

* Meet frequently with CEO/EVP to ensure that operations are being executed in accordance with the organization's policies. Work collaboratively with the accounting team to provide financial information along with related recommendations to enable the business to prosper.

* Plan, coordinate and manage the daily operations of the organization through active, hands-on management of staff, manager and directors.

* Assist with other special and strategic projects.

* Establish and maintain an effective system of communication throughout the organization.

* Track, compile and evaluate key data points, financial information and prepare reports as requested. Develop, maintain and work within all of the budgets and goals.

* Develop, analyze and meet annual case and revenue goals.

* Execute dynamic direct sales programming that maximizes integration between direct sales departments.

* Works closely with Marketing Team and Leadership to ensure programming and all efforts are consistent with brand standards.

* Manage Sales team, and Customer Service team providing effective feedback/coaching to achieve employee development and open communication and a healthy and stable culture.

* Motivate team in a team-oriented style that places the highest priority on guest services and sales that is consistent, knowledgeable, efficient and professional.

* Ensure that the team is performing at the highest standards of quality and presentation to continually enhance the image of the company.

* Conduct all management and administrative duties including annual performance reviews, month-end reporting, commission reports, and inventory.

* Present an environment that is safe, clean and efficient for visitors and employees.

* Maintain required records, reports, and files in an organized manner.

* Ensure that all established long term goals and objectives will be achieved.

* Review operating results of the organization, compare them to established objectives, and take steps to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results.

* Monitor progress and analyze performance against goals. Look for opportunities to improve overall performance of service levels, sales and programming.

* Partner with the Ecommerce Manager on strategic planning of initiatives as a compliment to overall GF direct sales efforts

* Acquire, track and analyze marketplace information. Maintain and update POS Systems as required.

* Understand compliance in coordination with shipping.

* Build referral relationships.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or equivalent degree required.

* 5+ years' work experience in sales management with an emphasis in developing a sense of belonging while driving sales management.

* Ability to communicate to resolve discrepancies and accomplish goals as well as attain short-term results while planning for long-term growth.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS

* Proven leadership, management and general business, P&L responsibilities with a deep understanding of finance and operations

* Experience in strategizing, forecasting, inventory management and hands-on leadership of sales and marketing.

* Ability to effectively present ideas and gain support. Boardroom quality preparation and presentation skills

* Extensive knowledge of luxury products, wine, wine production and wine industry.

* Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical skills with ability to make timely, sound decisions.

* Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.

* Passion about wine, enthusiasm, focus, creativity and a positive outlook.

* Excellent written and oral communication skills; a charismatic and engaging leader.

* Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and various backgrounds.

* Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within changing priorities with enthusiasm.

* Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines with attention to detail.

* Proficiency in MS Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint required.
