Summary:

Seeking customer service professionals who are interested in working remotely in a call center environment.

Experience:

  • 1+ years working from home/call center CSR role
  • 1+ years customer service experience
Requirements:

  • Have a computer - not shared with anyone else
  • Windows 10
  • Have or compatible with 2nd monitor
  • Have a good quiet working workspace
  • If laptop, must have external mouse
  • External keyboard preferably, but not necessary
  • Connected to internet modem via ethernet cord
  • Access to MS Word
  • Internet Explorer
  • Google Chrome
