Our legal client in Burlingame is looking to hire a permanent, full time entry level Receptionist. The role is 100% onsite (not remote). Schedule is M-F, likely 8 or 8:30am - 5/5:30pm.




Responsibilities:
  • Answering and routing calls & emails professionally and effectively
  • Greeting clients and vendors
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks



Requirements:
  • High proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Customer service experience
  • Bachelor's degree required if no previous office experience.
