Compensation: $25/hr
Front desk coverage on 12/10 and 12/11 from 8:30am-5:30pm.

The Receptionist role is to effectively handle all initial contact with clients and others through the telephone, face-to-face reception, mail and messages. By signing in visitors and inquiring regarding their purpose in the office, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in maintaining office security. The Receptionist facilitates communication in the office by tracking employees' arrivals and departures, including vacations. Professional and accurate contact with clients and business associates is critical to our success.

Additionally, the Receptionist ensures that the reception area is clean at all times and helps maintain the conference rooms and kitchen(s). The Receptionist is responsible for helping coordinate conference room scheduling and catering for meetings and interviews. The Receptionist ensures that the firm's corporate database and employee mail/message slots are kept current. On occasion, the Receptionist will be asked to run local errands.
