Part-time accountant needed for family-run business in Napa.

Responsibilities will include:

* Overseeing all accounting functions, including A/P, A/R, income statement preparation and balance sheet analysis and reconciliations.
* Managing the accounting system, including report development and dissemination, and control and documentation of transactions.
* Managing Accounts Payable to ensure that all invoices are valid, classified properly, timely and accurately submitted for payment, and filed when appropriate.
* Developing, implementing and managing the budgeting process using Excel.
* Manage employee-related expenses, including forecasting, tracking of bonuses, and raises.
* Analyses of financial statements, including budgets, forecasts and estimates and preparation of monthly variance budget vs. analysis.
* Provide excellent support to all stakeholders, including all employees, clients, and vendors.
