Location: San Carlos
Compensation: $20-25/hr.

• Strong customer service/ upbeat personality is a must

• Will be sitting at front office

• Coordinate and schedule for parts driver/service technician

• Speak with potential customers/clients regarding services

• Receive packages

• Organize invoices, orders, reports, and help with quotes/accounts payable tasks

• Be a key holder and open/close office if they are a good fit

• Basic Microsoft Office skills

• Master Builder/Sage 100 is the accounting program they use. Can be trained on it.

• Fast paced-must be organized!! Paperwork all over the office. Can get chaotic but nothing overwhelming

• Casual Dress-Jeans and Polo, Jeans and blouse, comfortable clothing but presentable to customers who walk in.
