Job Title: Receptionist/Office Coordinator
Location: Burlingame AND San Leandro
Compensation: $20-25/hr
Schedule: M-F 9am-3pm (part time)

Responsibilities:
  • Will work in Burlingame office 2-3 days/week and San Leandro factory 1-2 days/week
  • Receive packages and coordinate with team to ensure prompt and accurate delivery.
  • Open and scan mail
  • Follow up emails
  • Schedule events and meetings using Google Calendar
  • Basic MS Excel spreadsheets/reports
  • Set up meeting room, stock refrigerator
  • Ad hoc requests such as putting toner in copier, cleaning, changing light bulbs etc.
Requirements:
  • Proactive approach and demeanor; takes initiative
  • Professional communication via email, phone and in-person
  • Office experience highly preferred
  • Familiar with MS Office and Google Calendar
