Our client, a North Bay Consumer Products company is seeking a Director of Finance to join their growing company. In this role you will have full responsibility for FP&A functions and oversight over the Accounting team. This position is based in Petaluma and will require some time in the office. While there is currently some remote ability now, ideally when things normalize this position will spend time in the office.

• FP&A - Budgeting, forecasting (creating), GM analysis, etc
• Oversight of accounting group (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, etc)
• ERP experience - participation in implementation is a plus but not required
• Strategic planner, partner to decision makers, cross-functional experience
• Leadership: people developer, team builder, sets clear expectations/accountability
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to communicate with and educate non-financial team members
• Presentation skills - able to talk numbers with ease and confidence to multiple types of audiences (CEO, staff, foreign ownership, etc.)
