Nelson Staffing is seeking Customer Service Reps!


  • Main accounts accurately and make changes to customer accounts as needed
  • Test and troubleshoot equipment
  • Update payment information and take payments
  • Take inbound calls/make outbound
  • Audit Accounts


  • Must type 35 WPM
  • Must be empathetic with a caring attitude
  • Must possess ability to communicate well over the phone
  • Salesforce experience a plus





Hours: M-F 6am to 6pm, S/S 8am to 4:30pm
