Our client is an exclusive distributor of high-end consumer goods. They're looking for a professional Customer Service Manager to join their team. Successful candidates will have extensive experience managing a team and come from a strong customer service luxury industry experience. They are looking for a responsible, humble, and positive individual who enjoys being a leader who strives to help their direct reports succeed.

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing Customer Service operations and inventory maintenance through Netsuite. The Customer Service Manager will manage the Concierge and Service teams, with the responsibility of creating structure in ambiguous situations and designing effective processes that enable team members to manage complex, multi-geographical customers. This role requires someone that is solution-oriented with strong leadership skills, independent thinking and a bias for action. Must have a strong management background in customer service experience, preferably in the luxury / high-end industry.

Customer Service Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Customer Service operations and inventory management through NetSuite
  • Distribute workload fairly among team members
  • Document best practices and standard operating procedures for department
  • Conduct and facilitate team training's
  • Report and analyze data on key metrics
  • Design effective processes that enable team members to manager complex customers
  • Ensure all orders are being managed effectively
  • Create pricing for all inventory
  • Manage a team of 12 direct reports

Customer Service Manager Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience managing a team
  • 5+ years' experience in account management
  • 5+ years' of customer service in a luxury industry
  • Strong management and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with specialization in analytics
  • CRM experience
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude
  • Must be willing got travel periodically
