Compensation: $80-90K plus bonus


Our client, one of the largest growing innovative client in the medical industry has an open position for a Compensation Analyst to conduct analysis on salary statistics and recommend, develop or implement compensation structures.

Compensation Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Establish compensation structures
  • Develop employee incentive plans
  • Conduct surveys or published information to obtain and analyze market compensations
  • Work with the HR team to ensure competitive compensation and bonus programs
  • Assist with analytical support and data analysis on HR metrics
  • Aid in writing job descriptions

Compensation Analyst Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or Finance
  • Minimum of 1-year experience of compensation analysis
  • Experience with Cloud Based HRM (Ceridian Dayforce or other HR systems)
  • Travel up to 10%
