AP Specialist
Contract to Hire
Onsite in San Francisco
Starting ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing, coding & processing vendor invoices
  • Following up with vendors & resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Maintaining high volume amount of vendor accounts
  • 3-way matching - match the invoice to the PO, invoice and packing slip
  • Processing employee expense reports, verifying expenses, correcting errors, questioning unusual expenses
  • Month-end AP related accruals & preparation of journal entries
  • Reconciling company credit cards & resolving outstanding items
  • Assisting with Month-End close & Year-End close tasks
  • Assisting with annual 1099 filings
  • Great customer service skills
  • Additional projects/tasks and analyses, as required
