Compensation: $18/hr to $20/hr Temporary

Nelson Staffing Santa Rosa is searching for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for a Financial CPA Firm for 5 months (Temporary). This position takes care of reception and all opening procedures - making sure office is ready for the day ahead!

Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Reception and all opening procedures
  • Conference rooms - booking rooms, keeping clean and stocked
  • Calendaring for partners
  • Mail - Date stamp all mail, shredder, all interoffice mail, post all mail
  • Assist with tax procedures, tax prep for clients who pick up in office
  • Enter new client information
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good with numbers and processes
  • Courier pick-up
