Job Title: Account Administrator
Supporting the accounting department and wholesale accounts for an essential business.

Responsibilities:
* Post state/government orders
* Enter data into Excel for reporting and tracking
* Scan invoices, submit quotes to government agencies, and write/post credit to customer
* For national accounts, submit delivery receipts to manufacturer for credit
* Make copies for accounting and account/sales teams

Requirements:
* Two years relevant work experience with degree or 3 years relevant work experience
* Excel proficiency (pivot tables and vlookup), Word, and Outlook
* ERP systems
* Excellent communication skills; must be able to communicate with internal departments and vendors
* Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task
* Can work independently and be part of a collaborative team environment
